Data source and relationship

Cricket data provided by Sportmonks Cricket API. Associated HOME-Construction Enterprises, Inc. independently operates the Starbuzzcric website and its server-side presentation layer. Sportmonks is a data provider; this website does not claim to be Sportmonks or a cricket governing body.

Update timing

Visible live-score and active match pages check the Starbuzzcric server every 10 seconds. Upcoming and result pages check every 60 seconds while visible. The provider can publish changes on its own schedule, so consecutive checks can return the same record.

Match states

Scheduled, innings, match breaks, interrupted, delayed, postponed, abandoned, cancelled and finished states retain their provider meaning. The interface displays the provider status instead of predicting a state from the scheduled time.

Optional fields

Innings totals, batting, bowling, lineups, scoreboards and venues are separate data relations. Each section appears when the connected provider record contains the relevant information.

Local time

The website converts provider timestamps to India Standard Time so server-rendered and interactive schedules remain consistent.
